About the Author
William T. Tow is an associate professor in international relations at the University of Queensland's Department of Government and director of the International Relations and Asia-Politics Research Institute, Brisbane. Ramesh Thakur is professor and vice rector at the United Nations University, Tokyo. In Taek-Hyun is an associate professor of political science at Korea University, Seoul, and research director of the University's Ilmin International Relations Institute.
