About the Author
Professor Rocheleau received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida. He has published numerous articles and chapters concerning information management and government. His focus has been on organizational and political issues related to government and information technology. He also has had extensive practitioner experience. He worked for the Federal government in the Department of Health and Human Services and has consulted with state and local governments. He runs a listserv for IT practitioners in Illinois.
