About the Author

Guy Cohen began his career in 1992 with Weatherall Green & Smith Chartered Surveyors, London. Within 2 years of joining he had helped to form a new West End Investment department, which brokered over £50 million of transactions within its first nine months. Guy is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and completed an MBA (Finance) at City University Business School in 1997, where he specialised in options.
