About the Author
Greg Tomsho has over 20 years of computer experience, has earned CCNA, CCAI, A+ and MCSA certifications, and is the Director of the Cisco Academy and Network Certification Programs at Yavapai College in Arizona. Ed Tittel is the author of numerous networking textbooks and is the Series Editor of the highly successful Exam Cram series. Greg Johnson: M.A. in English, Southern Methodist University and Ph.D. in English at Emory University.
