About the Author
Reid Shay is an IT Management consultant at managebright in Fort Collins, Colorado. He has been an expert in IT Management since 1990. At Hewlett-Packard, he was instrumental in the development of OpenView's network management program. Through managebright, and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the OpenView Forum International, he has worked with many IT Management vendors, resellers, and customers. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business in Rochester, New York.
