After writing the book, she worked as a Level 1 Support Analyst answering customer questions regarding DB2. This includes designing and writing multiple certification exams that cover the entire set of products in the IBM Data Management area, as well as publishing books and courses to help people pass the certification exams. Bill Wong has co-authored two certification guides for Prentice-Hall/Pearson Education. The V7 book was the best selling DB2 book for the past two years in a row and has written numerous articles for database trade publications.
