About the Author
Tom Justice is an organizational development practitioner and President of Justice & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in in-depth interventions that bolster the capacity of the organization. He has conducted numerous workshops on meetings management, process facilitation, team building, effective training, and the management of organizational change. He lives in Santa Monica, California.
David W. Jamieson, Ph.D. is President of the Jamieson Consulting Group, assisting organizations across varying industries in both public and private sectors with strategy, design, change, and human resources issues. He frequently writes and speaks on organizational issues such as managing workforce diversity, developing teams, and organizational alignment and is the author of Managing Workforce 2000: Gaining the Diversity Advantage. He lives in Los Angeles.
